We are now looking for an experienced professional to strengthen our Sales Operations team and ensure smooth, effective support for our commercial activities. This is a key role that requires both precision and strong communication skills, and offers the chance to make a real impact on the business.
You will be a trusted partner to the Sales team:
What you’ll be responsible for
- Ensuring administrative processes and daily communication with salons run seamlessly
- Preparing, managing, and analyzing documents, reports, and data in MS Office (with a strong focus on Excel)
- Overseeing the accuracy and quality of salon profiles and information across systems
- Creating reports, dashboards, and insights within our CRM to support strategic decisions
- Managing salon price lists and ensuring data integrity across internal tools
- Handling professional communication with salons (phone & email) to complete and validate key information
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional colleagues across the department
- Overseeing tasks and duties of Business Support team and providing accurate reporting and feedback to Sales Manager
What we’re looking for
- A highly skilled professional with proven experience in sales support, operations, or administration
- Advanced computer literacy, especially strong skills in MS Excel and Word
- Excellent communication abilities, with confidence in both written and verbal interactions
- Native Bulgarian speaker with strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and structured, yet proactive and able to suggest improvements
- A positive and flexible personality who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
